🛍️ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, in original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

For international orders, return addresses may vary based on the fulfillment center. We will provide the correct address after your return is approved.

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Email photos of the issue to info@bohovibesprints.store

We’ll send a free replacement or refund—no return necessary.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Products returned without approval

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
